Integrating AI into HR
AI is a hot topic across industries and the discussion often comes back to a central question: will AI replace our jobs? 🤔
AI thought leaders continue to emphasize that AI is here for the humans, to augment our work and help us accel our jobs. I agree this is the way forward and last week, I participated in a roundtable discussion with other HR leaders to learn more about bringing AI to our work.
The team at BarRaiser hosted a thoughtful discussion in partnership with the Harvard Faculty Club about ways to integrate AI into HR. I thoroughly enjoyed the discussion and came away with valuable insights. It was also great to connect with other HR leaders and exchange ideas on how AI can be leveraged to enhance our work.
